We're trying to wrap up our standing orders and then we'll be closed while we reorganize/retool. We're not sure when we'll be back in normal opperation, it'll take as long as it takes to do it right. We'll still be hosting resources, tools and such, but direct to customer sales will be on hold until further notice.
Communications:
It’s come to my attention that a great deal of our customer support emails and phone calls haven’t been answered. The issue has been resolved (someone was let go) but it’ll still take me a bit to dig through the individualized requests since they date back a bit. Email support@slacklineexpress.com is still the best way to contact us and I’ll try to stay on top of your requests once I am caught up.
Backorder Status:
As we’ve noted on our homepage since mid-November, several of our key components have been backordered and not all products were shipping until that issue could be resolved. At this time, the backordered parts are finally on their way and should be in sufficient quantity for us to clear out any standing orders. Expected arrival date is 1/31/11 and we’ll begin making and sending kits at that time. It could take us a few additional weeks on top of that to complete all of the parts. I know some of you have been waiting for a while, but that’s the most accurate news I can give you.
Cancelations and Shipping Address Changes:
If you have submitted a cancelation request or an order modification we will do our best to honor your wishes before sending the gear. Since there may be more than one email regarding any order modifications, it’ll take a few days to submit any refunds to ensure that everything is handled correctly.
New Orders:
At this time, we are not taking additional orders nor do we have a specific date that we’re hoping to be back online.
